Compete Basketball offers basketball lessons, basketball camps, and an AAU basketball program that includes Compete Camp, one-on-one lessons, pair lessons, and small group lessons. Compete Basketball is led by Brady Olson, who is described as a highly respected, knowledgeable, and talented basketball coach and instructor. Team Compete represents 22 school districts across 3 states, and Compete Basketball travels to provide training at the participant's location.
The program’s motto, “Only One Stat Matters,” states that players play for each other and play to win together, with an emphasis that team success comes before individual stats or accolades.
