It maintains trauma-informed, positive, supportive, and inclusive environments where young people are encouraged to have difficult conversations and use their voices, with a focus on mental health and emotional support through additional staff training and daily screening for emotional well-being, and provides a safe, inclusive place with caring mentors and innovative programs.
