Evansville Aquatic Center offers swim lessons and lap-swimming, along with access to tubes, a diving board, slides, and an aqua climbing wall. The facility includes a zero-depth entry area for young children and inexperienced swimmers, a special section for lap-swimming, and a concession counter that can be reached from both the pool deck and Larson Acres Park. Classes, passes, and lessons can be reserved online through RecDesk.

The Evansville Aquatic Center has locker rooms, showers, and highly-trained lifeguards. The Aquatics Director is Angie Olsen. The Veteran's Memorial Spray pad is located at 360 Burr W Jones Circle in Leonard-Leota Park. Park improvements in 2024 include a new aquatic center, new ball fields, reconditioned soccer fields, a new splashpad, and additional features. The Rock County Communication Center, which serves the area, is the only Public Safety Communication Center in the United States to have achieved its fifth 3-year Accreditation by CALEA and is the only CALEA accredited center in the state of Wisconsin.
