Greendale Park & Recreation Department – Bridge for Kids & Child Care Programs

Greendale Park & Recreation Department – Bridge for Kids & Child Care Programs offers before and after school care and full day care at all three elementary schools for children 5 years of age (as of September 1 of the current year) and older. Bridge for Kids serves Canterbury, College Park and Highland View. The department provides quality, year-round child care opportunities for families.

The Greendale Park and Recreation Department states that it strives to provide a variety of programs that include cultural, enrichment, and art opportunities for youth and adults, leisure, fitness and instructional classes and programs for youth and adults, senior adult activities, aquatic activities, sports programs, and year-round child care opportunities for families while maintaining a financial self-supporting status. The department also states that it strives to maintain a financial self-supporting status. The leadership team includes Ryan Broderick as Director, Kelly Schmidt as Recreation Supervisor, Alexandra Gates as Administrative Assistant, and Debra Kanitz as Childcare Director.
