Bridge for Kids and Care 4 Kids is part of the Greendale Park and Recreation Department’s child care offerings. The department offers before and after school care and full day care at all three elementary schools for children 5 years of age (as of September 1 of the current year) and older. Bridge for Kids serves Canterbury, College Park and Highland View.

• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
The program is run through the Greendale Park and Recreation Department, which provides quality, year-round child care opportunities for families. The department’s mission is to offer programs that include cultural, enrichment, and art opportunities for youth and adults, leisure, fitness and instructional classes and programs for youth and adults, senior adult activities, aquatic activities, sports programs, and year-round child care opportunities while maintaining a financially self-supporting status. The leadership team includes Ryan Broderick (Director), Kelly Schmidt (Recreation Supervisor), Alexandra Gates (Administrative Assistant), and Debra Kanitz (Childcare Director).
