Extension Manitowoc County 4-H and Youth Development is part of 4-H, which is described as the nation’s largest youth development organization, with more than six million members and over 90,000 clubs. The program is connected with the University of Wisconsin–Madison Division of Extension.

• Schedule: Office hours are 9:00 am–1:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 12:00 pm–4:00 pm on Wednesday; and Friday by appointment only.

Katrina Pionek is the 4-H Program Educator for Extension Manitowoc County 4-H and Youth Development. The program follows the Extension Manitowoc County mission to connect people with the University of Wisconsin through teaching, learning, leading, and serving. The University of Wisconsin–Madison Division of Extension states that it provides equal opportunities in employment and programming in compliance with state and federal law. The program is described as being rooted in both urban and rural communities and working together to address well-being needs in Wisconsin.
