Extension Manitowoc County 4-H offers Join 4-H (Enrollment) for all youth from Kindergarten through Grade 13, with a 2025-2026 club member fee of $10 per youth member and an additional $5 family fee. It also offers summer and day camps, including SheCalMan Summer Camp, Cloverbud Day Camp, and Exploring Day Camp. Camps include a four-day, three-night summer camping experience, Summer 4-H Base Camp for grades 3 through 8, and day camps for specific grade ranges.
Programs
- Join 4-H (Enrollment) — All youth from Kindergarten through Grade 13 · $10 · 2025-2026 Manitowoc County 4-H club member fee: $10 per Youth Member; additional $5 Family Fee. Fees are not due at time of enrollment.
- Summer and Day Camps — Grades K-2, 3-6, 3-8, and 7-8 depending on camp · $25 · Manitowoc County 4-H offers summer and day camps including SheCalMan Summer Camp, Cloverbud Day Camp, and Exploring Day Camp.

About the provider
Katrina Pionek is the 4-H Program Educator, and Naomi Bingham is the Program Assistant for Extension Manitowoc County. The mission statement says, “When you join 4-H, you’re a part of something big!”
4-H does not have specific membership requirements. Club meetings are open to the public. All youth from Kindergarten through Grade 13 are welcome to join. Families re-enrolling must be enrolled and activated by October 31, 2025 to participate in the 2026 Manitowoc County Fair. 4-H members may add or drop projects up to May 1, 2026. New 4-H families may enroll at any time; however, to participate in the 2026 Manitowoc County Fair they must enroll by May 1, 2026. All adults will need to select a club and volunteer type in 4HOnline.
