Swim&Gym Summer Camp includes swim lessons, free swim time, swim practice, and swimming, along with gym games, beginner tumbling, gymnastics games, and use of a sports court. Campers take part in arts & crafts, creative projects, crafts, scavenger hunts, outdoor play, basketball, soccer, dodgeball, GaGa Ball, four square, yoga, mindfulness, challenges, and theme games. The program also features weekly themes and weekly field trips, including a field trip to the zoo with hands-on learning with animals, a field trip to Camp Randall, and special guests such as ZooZort and Karate, plus options like a Harry Potter themed week and themes such as Camp Clue: Case of the Missing Cheese Curd, Time Trekkers, Grand Carnival, and Enchanted Kingdom.

The camp is a state-licensed program with award-winning leadership that has been recognized locally and nationally for work with kids and families. Staff members are described as trained, attentive, and truly caring, with swim instruction teacher training provided by Kristina and Ethan, and the program states that safety is a priority and kindness is the culture, with strong supervision and structured transitions. Two campuses offer the same Swim&Gym experience with different facilities, and campers may travel by bus during the week for scheduled swim and gym components, including two swim lessons a week plus additional free swim time.
Community involvement includes a field trip to the zoo to visit the polar bears and a field trip to Camp Randall.
