YMCA of Dane County Youth Programs are offered through the YMCA of Dane County and operate during both the standard school year and summer seasons. The programs run on a weekly schedule with different hours during the Labor Day–Memorial Day period and the Memorial Day–Labor Day period.
• Schedule: Standard hours run Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–9:00 pm; Saturday, 6:00 am–5:00 pm; Sunday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm during Labor Day–Memorial Day, with summer hours Monday–Thursday, 5:00 am–8:00 pm; Friday, 5:00 am–6:00 pm; Saturday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm; Sunday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm from Memorial Day–Labor Day.
The mission of YMCA of Dane County Youth Programs is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The programs are part of a nonprofit organization of over 2,700 Ys in 10,000 communities across the United States that are dedicated to strengthening the communities they serve. The organization highlights that everyone belongs at the Y and notes a focus on developing the potential of youth, improving individual health and well-being, and giving back to and supporting communities.
