YMCA of Greater Waukesha County Youth & Family Programs offers a wide range of activities including group exercise classes, cycling classes, FOREVERWELL classes, personal training, wellness challenges, wellness presentations, nutrition coaching, and body composition testing. The Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program includes support from trained ambassadors, and wellness presentations are delivered by Healthy Living Instructors. The YMCA of Greater Waukesha County collaborates with the Mukwonago Area School District and the School District of Waukesha to provide 4K to children.
