Wisconsin Conservatory of Music offers music private lessons and music group lessons in areas such as piano, strings and harp, voice, guitar and ukulele, percussion, woodwinds, and brass. The program also includes classes and ensembles, the Milwaukee Children’s Choir, jazz and contemporary music, the Chamber Music Institute, early childhood programs, and summer camps. Students have access to performance opportunities in concerts, recitals, and music hours, as well as practice room access, and the program accepts instrument donations.

Wisconsin Conservatory of Music is Wisconsin's largest community music school and serves more than 11,500 students annually. The program offers classes for all ages and skill levels, including early childhood music classes for ages 0–4, a Chamber Music Institute for ages 10 and up, and summer camps for kids, teens, and adults of all experience levels. The organization has a faculty of more than 100 expert teaching artists and a renowned faculty of teaching artists. Its mission is “Inspiring individuals and communities through exceptional music education, accessible to all—unlocking potential and creating musical experiences that last a lifetime.” Wisconsin Conservatory of Music has been celebrating over 126 years of musical excellence and has community partnerships with 52 schools and community partners. Tuition assistance and merit scholarships are available.
