Discovery Adaptive Summer Camps

Discovery Adaptive Summer Camps offers an adaptive summer camp that includes boating, field trips, camp songs and games, crafts, and swimming. The program also includes access to the Trekker Summer camp option.

• Schedule: Discovery Adaptive Summer Camps runs 11 weeks of summer camp, and the Trekker Summer camp runs 12 weeks.
• Price: Registration for the Trekker Summer camp opens in January, with a $50 non-refundable registration fee to hold a camper's spot.

RecPlex states that it offers a premier fitness, recreation, and wellness experience for all ages, with state-of-the-art facilities and diverse programming. RecPlex is described as “The Largest Municipal Recreation Facility in America” and “the largest municipally-owned recreation facility in the United States.” All campers are required to have a valid physical, information form, and negative TB test on file in order to attend. Discovery Adaptive Summer Camps is an adaptive summer camp for those over the age of 18, and campers must attend at least 3 days per week or can join in where there are open spots. Transportation is available for the Trekker Summer camp.
