YMCA Day Camp includes activities such as arts and crafts and chances to explore science and technology. Campers take part in physically active programs that involve creativity, teamwork, and leadership. Campers also spend time in an outdoor environment where they can develop an appreciation of nature.

YMCA Day Camp is part of the Kettle Moraine YMCA, whose mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The camp is part of a nonprofit organization of over 2,700 Ys located in 10,000 communities across the United States dedicated to strengthening the communities that they serve. Camp registration opens February 1, 2026, with camp running from June 8, 2026, through August 28, 2026, with dates varying by location. Traditional camp units include Explorer for ages 5–6 years old (with some 7 year olds), Voyager for ages 6–8 years old, and Navigators for ages 9–12 years old. Sports and Specialty Camp units include Sports Camp Adventurers for ages 6–10 years old and Specialty Camp Adventurers for ages 8–12 years old. A CIT program is available for those who have completed 6th grade and are 12 years old, who are eligible to attend as a camper or as a CIT. Unit camp structures are primarily used at Feith, Grafton, and Silverbrook locations. Summer School Wrap Around Camp is offered at multiple school locations, and Mini Explorers is offered at Feith Family Ozaukee Branch and West Washington Branch. Parent orientation sessions are listed for multiple county and camp locations with specific dates, times, and venues. The leadership team includes Jason Heuer, Senior Director of School Age & Day Camp, West Washington Branch, and Ben Breuer, Day Camp Director, Feith Family Ozaukee Branch.
