Summer Outdoor Adventure Club

Summer Outdoor Adventure Club offers Summer Trips, field trips, and a Bike Shop. Summer Trips are overnight trips, with examples listed for 2027 including Peninsula State Park, Harrington Beach State Park, Trails to Tunnels and so Much More, and Baraboo River Kayaking.

Programs

• Summer Trips — 10-15; some trips are ages 9-15 (or entering 5th grade), and one trip is ages 12-15 · Overnight summer trips; examples listed for 2027 include Peninsula State Park, Harrington Beach State Park, Trails to Tunnels and so Much More, and Baraboo River Kayaking.
• Field Trips — Nature destinations around Sauk County, WI.
• Bike Shop — A unique bicycle repair program during the school year.

About the provider

The program was founded in 1995 and has served Reedsburg and surrounding communities for close to 30 years. It works primarily with Reedsburg students and also provides trips for Baraboo, Sauk Prairie, Ithaca, Wonewoc, Weston, and other Sauk County schools. It also works with homeschool groups and other community groups and reaches about 3,000 students per year.

Registration is first come, first served. Max one trip per child. If a registration link is no longer accepting responses, the trip is already full. For the 2027 summer trips, registration is scheduled to open March, 2027.
