Door County Adventure Center Youth Camps include activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, indoor and outdoor rock climbing, and time at a multi-level Adventure Park. Campers may use climbing elements like a climbing tower and pamper pole, and can take part in an Adventure Zip Line Tour. The program is part of a broader operation that also runs Off-Road Segway Tours, E-bike tours, kayak tours, and stand-up paddle board (SUP) rentals, along with team building and leadership programs for youth.

For more than 30 years, Door County Adventure Center has been providing team building and leadership programs and professional adventure programming for individuals, groups, and teams. Lessons are taught by experienced, ACA trained instructors. The organization states its mission as: “Facilitate adventure, enhance teams, develop leadership, and create lasting memories.” It offers self-designed leadership development programs such as Leadership Breakthrough and Team Building Breakthrough, and provides team building and leadership programs for schools, corporations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, community entities, colleges, and universities. One parent from a nonprofit leadership development organization reported that staff welcomed and encouraged a group of 17 high school students and trained them for a safe and fun experience, and that the group planned to return the next summer.
