Coach Lily joined as a coach in July 2025, was a competitive gymnast at Capital for 6 years, and currently attends Verona Area High School. Coach Addison joined in June 2025, previously took tumbling classes with Coach April, is a dancer for Kehl School of Dance, has been dancing since she was 3 years old, prefers contemporary dance, and currently attends Verona Area High School. Coach Elizabeth joined in February 2025, has taught recreational gymnastics for children ages 2–14, spent two summers teaching STEM programs to 6th–12th graders, was an Xcel gymnast as a child, competed in varsity gymnastics and varsity tennis in high school, and is taking online classes through UW-Milwaukee toward a civil engineering degree. Coach Allison is from the Milwaukee area, lived in Houston for 10 years, trained as a gymnast for over 10 years, was a competitive gymnast during that time, joined Capital Gymnastics in December 2024, and coaches Rising Stars and Compulsory gymnasts in DP Level 2. Coach Ava joined in October 2023, participated in club gymnastics from age 9–15, then on her high school gymnastics team from age 15–17, participated in high school track focusing on pole vault, and currently attends UW-Milwaukee working toward a Graphic Design/Marketing degree.
