West Salem Hockey Association offers the 2026-27 WSHA & CRS Hockey Season and Learn to Skate. Learn to Skate is for first-time and young skaters and includes practice 1 to 2 times per week.
Programs
- 2026-27 Season WSHA & CRS Hockey Season — Ages: January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2027 · WSHA & CRS Hockey Season for 2026-2027.
- Learn to Skate — Ages 3-4 (depends on the kid) - 12 · 1-2 times per week · The Learn to Skate program is developed for first time and young skaters.
At a glance
- Ages: 3–14 years old
- General schedule: The season starts late October or early November and goes through the beginning of March. The regular season runs from mid October through the beginning of March. Practices are typically held 2 times per week, usually Monday-Friday. Practices are typically between 5:00pm-7:00pm for Mites and Squirts, and 7:00pm-9:00pm for Peewees and Bantams. Games for Squirts through Bantams are typically held on Saturdays and/or Sundays. Learn to Skate practices are 1-2 times per week. The season for Learn to Skate begins in mid-October or November and runs through mid-March.
About the provider
West Salem Hockey Association is a non-profit organization based in West Salem, Wisconsin. It was established in the mid 1970s and is a founding member of the Wisconsin Minnesota Hockey League. Its mission is the promotion of youth ice hockey in the West Salem, Bangor, Rockland, and Mindoro areas.
Practice dates have not been confirmed at this time. If a skater needs help understanding costs, email [email protected]. When registering a child, they will automatically be put into the appropriate age range/level, assuming the correct pricing/age levels were chosen.
