City of Whitewater Parks & Recreation Youth Programs

City of Whitewater Parks & Recreation Youth Programs offers youth sports, tournaments, after-school programs, summer camps, after-school care, special interest classes, and seasonal activities. The program also connects families with community events such as the Summer Concert Series, the Whitewater Food Truck Festival, the Food Truck Festival, Christmas at Cravath, and the 4th of July Parade.

The City of Whitewater Parks & Recreation Department states that its mission is to enhance the quality of life for the community through active living, inclusive programs, and well-maintained public spaces, and to provide services for all who live, work, and play in Whitewater. Whitewater identifies itself as an Ice Age Trail Community, a Tree City, and a Bird City. The City of Whitewater invites residents and visitors to join the annual 4th of July Parade on July 4, 2026, and encourages community members, organizations, businesses, and groups to participate and decorate entries to reflect this historic milestone.
