Discovery Days has been providing early childhood education and care to families since 2000. The program follows the Wisconsin Model for Early Learning Standards and uses the Ascend Curriculum, which includes activities in Cultural Understanding, Baby Signs, Literacy, Mathematics, and Technology. Group activities are planned with the developmental needs of each age group in mind, and teachers are encouraged to individualize activities and use small group instruction. Even infants in the youngest program participate in the Ascend Curriculum, and children spend a good deal of time exploring different interest centers in their classrooms. The program includes Cadence KickStart Soccer, a high-energy enrichment program led by teachers the children already know and integrated into the school day, and Kids Café, a hands-on cooking program that includes a take-home cooking kit.

The center’s mission states that Discovery Days offers a childcare program that focuses on children and their individual needs, follows the Wisconsin Model for Early Learning Standards to foster social and academic learning, and takes pride in its service. The leadership team includes Josie Martin as School Director, Brandi Gomolinski as Assistant Director, and Ms. Katie, who has been recognized as Teacher of the Year. Josie Martin is a board director for the Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association, a Registry trainer, and DPI licensed. Brandi Gomolinski earned a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from UW-Whitewater and obtained her Administrators Credential in 2024, and Ms. Katie earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (birth–6th grade) from UW-Platteville. Discovery Days has a 5.0 rating based on 31 reviews.
