Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley After-School and Summer Programs offer meals, snacks, and a hot, nutritious dinner at no additional cost, along with homework help, tutoring, and daily academic enrichment activities. The program includes sports, daily physical activity, healthy fun and recreation, and experiences in the arts, as well as education programs that complement and reinforce what youth learn during the school day. Participants also take part in activities focused on making healthy nutrition choices, employing resistance and decision-making skills, refraining from participating in risky behaviors, leadership and service to others in the Club and community, career pathway and workforce readiness learning, internship opportunities, character development, leadership training, and other educational programs and academic support.

• Schedule: After-school programming from 3pm–7pm, with BGCAZ staying open until 7pm
• Price: At just $40–$80 per month during the school year (including snacks and a hot, nutritious dinner at no additional cost)
For 75 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley have been creating equity and opportunity for youth. The organization’s mission is to empower young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible members of the community. Programs are organized around four stated Priority Outcomes: Academic Success, Good Character and Leadership, Healthy Lifestyles, and Career Pathways and Workforce Readiness, and are rooted in social-emotional development practices. Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley serve 20,000+ young people in grades K–12 and are described as the largest childcare provider in the Valley and the most trusted out-of-school-time programs in Phoenix and across the Valley.
The program is run by caring, professional, well-trained staff. Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
