Full Spectrum Learn & Play offers activities that include Structured Play, Sensory Exploration, Imaginative Play, and Creative Expression. Full Spectrum Learn & Play states that ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is the cornerstone of its mission. The program describes itself as an inclusive haven where children of all abilities can come together to learn and grow side by side, and as a safe space for families to connect, learn, and embark on a journey of holistic development. It also describes itself as a community dedicated to fostering inclusivity, providing opportunities, and making a positive impact on the lives of every child and family it touches.
Full Spectrum was originally founded in 2017 as a provider of professional development and supervision opportunities for those dedicated to the field of special education. It developed a training platform and adult learning curriculum for professionals in special education, and in 2020 established an in-home therapy program for children with autism. In 2023, Full Spectrum Learn & Play was created as part of this growth.
The staff at Full Spectrum Learn & Play and related programs includes individuals with credentials such as BCBA, MEd, RBT, and BT. The leadership and support team includes Dr. Rebecca, BCBA, Program Director for Learn & Play; Mr. Austin, Program Support for Learn & Play; and Ms. Aubrey, MEd, Site Director for Learn & Play Programs. Additional team members include behavior technicians and teachers such as Ms. Annie, BCBA; Ms. Kiara, RBT; Ms. Emily, RBT; Mr. Jack, RBT; Ms. Taylar, BT; Ms. Rachel, BT; Ms. Erin, RBT; Ms. Sonya, RBT; and Mr. Josh, RBT. Program support and in-home therapy roles include Ms. Ally, BT; Ms. Kristine in Program Support for Learn & Play Cafe and as Program Coordinator for In-Home Therapy with MEd, BCBA credentials; and behavior technicians for in-home therapy such as Ms. Ivie, RBT, and Ms. Payton, RBT.
