Gold Medal Swim School offers Baby Swim, Learn To Swim, Adult Swim, Swim Team, and Swim Camp. Baby Swim focuses on water survival skills and swimming independence with a parent or guardian present. Learn To Swim covers the four strokes of swimming, starting with safety survival skills, and Swim Team introduces competitive swimming and team success.

- Baby Swim — 3–36 months · Developing water survival skills and swimming independence, all with the comfort of a parent or guardian.
- Learn To Swim — 2–12 years · Learning the four strokes of swimming beginning with safety survival skills.
- Adult Swim — 13+ years · Developing water survival skills and swimming independence through comfort and swimmer basics.
- Swim Team — 5+ years · Introduction to competitive swimming and team success.
- Swim Camp (Seasonal) — Seasonally; 60 minutes each day for four consecutive weekdays · Available to all Learn To Swim levels.
