Offense-Defense Football Camps offers instructional football camps that include football training and instruction, Standard Athletic Testing (S.A.T.), and player development clinics. Camp activities also include player evaluations by coaching staff and regional scouts, athlete ranking by position and age group, recruiting education on the recruiting process, football showcases, girls flag clinics, combines, leagues, tournaments, youth All-American Bowl Games, the ODFL National tournament, awards dinners, press conferences, a youth football convention, and a coaches clinic.

Offense-Defense Sports began with one instructional football camp in the summer of 1969 and has been working with youth and high school athletes for over five decades. The coaching staff includes NFL players and coaches, as well as college coaches, and each player is evaluated by the coaching staff and dedicated regional scouts using a modified pro-style system. The stated mission includes delivering football training and instruction at full contact and full speed, and it also states that the love of Jesus compels the organization to serve others, that everyone has been created on purpose and for a purpose, and that when participants compete according to the word of God, by the power of God, and for the glory of God, they can close the gap between performance and potential. Offense-Defense reports that over 600 alumni from its camps and Bowl have gone on to the NFL, that 28 of 32 NFL teams have active Offense-Defense alumni, and that it has the largest number of FBS Division 1 signees, and it states that it has been shaping the future of football for over 50 years and puts more players in college and the NFL than any other football showcases or training organizations in the United States.
