For 75 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley has been creating equity and opportunity for youth. The organization’s mission is to empower young people, especially those who need it most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible members of the community. BGCAZ provides award-winning programs and offers affordable after-school and summer programs for more than 20,000 young people in grades K–12 across 30 Clubs in the Valley, and is the largest childcare provider in the Valley. Programs are organized around four priority outcomes: academic success, good character and leadership, healthy lifestyles, and career pathways and workforce readiness. The program is staffed by caring, professional, well-trained staff and offers out-of-school-time care with 30+ Clubhouses in the Phoenix metro area. BGCAZ does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, national origin, sex, genetics, veteran or disability status, and this institution is an equal opportunity provider. The program acknowledges support from Valley of the Sun United Way for quality after school programs at BGCAZ Clubs.
