Beyond Gymnastics offers gymnastics instruction and tumbling, along with a Boys Gym Take Over class that uses a structured obstacle course format for boys 6 years old and up. The program also includes seasonal camps and a Little Leaping Learners program for younger participants.

Beyond Gymnastics was started in February of 2018 and first opened by renting spaces from the Star Pointe community center in Estrella Mountain Ranch in Goodyear, AZ. After five years, the gym expanded its Main Gym by remodeling the facility. The owner and founder is Briana Dogherra (formerly Briana Porzelt), and the business partner and co-owner is Tom Gerlach. The program uses new state-of-the-art gymnastics equipment, including a full sized and half sized resi pit, vaulting table, adjustable quad bars, full and junior uneven bars, single bars, full sized balance beams, 30 ft and 20 ft Tumble Trak trampolines, crash mats, a climbing rope, and many mats and training or developmental equipment. The facility has separate large areas for Junior and Youth students, plus a dedicated room for the Little Leaping Learners program and seasonal camps, and parents can easily view all ages of siblings participating in classes.
Beyond Gymnastics has certified staff, and all owners and coaches are USAG certified and have passed the NCSI background screening. Staff are up to date on their USA Gymnastics certification, background checks, and all safety certifications. The program follows a progressive curriculum designed to USA Gymnastics standards and offers cutting-edge gymnastics instruction to kids of all ages. Beyond Gymnastics accepts Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Programs, is a certified ClassWallet vendor, and is associated with Special Olympics AZ and USA Gymnastics. The stated mission is to foster the love of gymnastics, teaching skills beyond the scope of gymnastics. Beyond Gymnastics has filled a need within the community to have a safe and uplifting place for kids and families to come and enjoy gymnastics.
