AKF Black Belt Academy

AKF Black Belt Academy offers Toddler Martial Arts for ages 2-3, Preschool Martial Arts for ages 3-4, Kids Martial Arts for ages 5-6, Family Martial Arts for ages 7+, Teen Martial Arts for ages 13+, Adult Martial Arts, and Judo. It also offers Day Camps, After School, Summer Camp, Parent's Night Out, and Birthday Parties. The program notes include listening skills, taking turns, focus, self-confidence, discipline, self-defense, character development, gross motor skill activity, a full body workout, arts and crafts, early drop off, late pickup, and games.

Programs

• Toddler Martial Arts — 2-3 · From listening skills to taking turns, the program teaches more than physical skills and includes social interaction and life lessons.
• Preschool Martial Arts — 3-4 · Kids learn focus, self-confidence, and discipline while getting a full body workout and martial arts moves.
• Kids Martial Arts — 5-6 · Children learn self-defense and build mental and emotional skills to help them handle challenges.
• Family Martial Arts — 7+ · Family self-defense skills and character development in a structured family activity.
• Teen Martial Arts — 13+ · A structured class designed and taught for teenagers to channel energy through engagement and gross motor skill activity.
• Adult Martial Arts — Classes for losing weight, building muscle, learning self-defense, and enjoying a high energy workout.
• Judo — Self-defense using leverage and technique against larger, stronger opponents.
• Day Camps — Offered on snow days, teacher inservice days, holiday breaks and more; includes fun and movement, arts and crafts, early drop off, and late pickup.
• After School — A movement-based after school childcare alternative.
• Summer Camp — Unique summer camps described as a solution for an entire summer of care or just a few weeks of fun.
• Parent's Night Out — A fun alternative to finding a babysitter.
• Birthday Parties — Setup to clean up is covered; children and their friends play games, are entertained, and learn martial arts moves.
