Parent and student comments describe classes as more than a workout, with reports of sweating in class and experiences such as improved health, sleep, focus, and reduced stress. One long-term student describes a warm atmosphere, individualized instruction, and a class full of people showing good spirit. Another family notes training there for 35 years across multiple generations and highlights the experience of training together in a family class with grandchildren.
