The organization states that its mission is to enhance participants’ lives by promoting self-expression, self-acceptance, leadership development, and healthy life choices. It also notes that its satellite sites offer a space and resources for LGBTQ+ youth in Arizona’s rural and underserved areas and that it provides empowering programs for LGBTQ+ youth across Arizona, including virtual and in-person programs.

The organization publicly acknowledges that the state of Arizona is the ancestral homeland of many Indigenous peoples and states that the land where its programs are held is part of this heritage. It encourages youth, employees, volunteers, and community members to learn about, honor, and respect Indigenous peoples of Arizona and their connection to the land.
