About

The Summer Youth Sports Program includes summer sports performance training, sports training, and hands-on physical therapy. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists lead a properly designed and supervised program, and athletes train to improve speed and agility, build explosive power, increase strength, improve balance, improve mobility, increase vertical jump, and build confidence. All skill levels are welcome, and athletes participate in age-appropriate instruction that emphasizes sportsmanship and healthy competition, with a performance calendar that shows what each child will work on each day.

• Ages: 8–18 years old
• Schedule: Summer sports performance training runs in 4-week and 8-week programs from May to August, with 60-minute classes starting every hour from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and class times reserved in advance
• Price: Four weeks for $350 (up to 5 sessions per week); eight weeks for $600 (up to 5 sessions per week); family discount of 10% if three or more athletes sign up together

The summer sports performance training runs from May to July for ages 8+, college, and professional athletes, with unlimited training sessions of up to 5 sessions per week. Classes take place in a small group setting with a maximum of 8 athletes per coach, and there are 31 convenient locations in Metro Phoenix and surrounding cities. No referral is needed because the provider offers direct access.

The program is led by expert physical therapists and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, and therapists maintain advanced certifications in many specialized services and techniques. Over the last 23 years, the organization has helped over 500,000 patients with hands-on physical therapy that gets results. The mission states that sports activities are integral to every child’s physical and social development, that young athletes deserve the opportunity to learn skills and fundamentals to perform their best, and that the team is committed to discovering the root of each condition and developing a tailored treatment plan for full recovery so patients can return to living a life they love.

Arizona’s top rated physical therapy experts staff the program, and the clinic director is Danielle Goetti-Vergne. Testimonials describe helpful and effective care for strains, soreness, and post-surgery recovery, as well as support for children returning to activities such as gymnastics. Families report friendly and accommodating staff, knowledgeable therapists, and hands-on physical therapy tailored to specific needs, including balance and strength training, chronic joint and muscle pain, and recovery after surgeries.
