Kidtastics offers at-home swim lessons and indoor swim lessons at Salt & Sea Scuba for children ages 6 months to 12 years. Lessons are available as private, semi-private, and small group lessons, and the program also offers swim parties, lifeguard services, and swim team prep.

- Swim Team Prep — Advanced training for kids aspiring to join swim teams.

About the provider
Kidtastics was established in 2006 and serves the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas. The leadership team includes Laurie Ball, Partner/Supervisor, and Heidi Neuman, Partner/Swim Teacher. The program lists certified instructors, a 4.9-star average review rating on Google, Facebook, and Yelp, and woman-owned business status. Its mission is to provide children with the tools to build their self-esteem and confidence through programs and activities taught by caring instructors.

Safety comes first. Lessons emphasize water safety, responsibility, and pool rules. For Salt & Sea Scuba lessons, a Happy Nappy Duo diaper is recommended and required. Parents are told to have children ready ten minutes before start time; parents may view the last five minutes of each lesson. Goggles are not suggested.
