North Valley Gymnastics offers Crawlers (Parent Participation!) for ages 6 months to 18 months, Movers (Parent & Tot) for ages 18 months to 3 years, and Hoppers for ages 2.5 years to 3 years. It also offers Jumpers, Tumblers, Climbers, Flyers, and KinderGym, along with Boys Gymnastics, Girls Gymnastics, Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T), and Homeschool Fitness & Gymnastics.
Programs
- Crawlers (Parent Participation!) — 6 months -18 months
- Movers (Parent & Tot) — 18 mos- 3 yrs
- Hoppers — 2.5yrs-3 yrs · 45 minute class. Coach recommendation only. For youngest gymnasts ready to challenge listening and motor skills primarily depending on coach instruction.
- Jumpers — 3 yrs · 50 minute class. Designed for children who are toilet-trained and ready to transition into a more independent setting without parental participation.
- Tumblers — 4yrs-5yrs · 60 minute class. Emphasizes flexibility, balance, strength, and independence. Builds a foundation for more difficult techniques and skills.
- Climbers — 5yrs-6yrs · 60 minute class. Introduced to larger full-sized equipment. Students apply foundational skills to refine abilities and graduate upon completing kindergarten.
- Flyers — 5yrs-6yrs · 90 minute class twice per week. Coach recommendation only. Focuses on improving technique, form, and learning new skills in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- KinderGym — 18 months to 6 years old (Kindergarten)
- Boys Gymnastics — Recreational and Competitive program. The site says it offers three different programs for Boys Gymnastics.
- Girls Gymnastics — Recreational and Competitive program. The site says it offers three different programs for Girls Gymnastics.
- Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) — Recreational and Competitive program. The site says it offers three different programs for Tumbling & Trampoline.
