Paradise Valley Karate offers Tiny Tots martial arts classes, Kids Martial Arts classes, Teen Martial Arts classes, and Teen & Adult Kali classes. The program also offers Adult Martial Arts classes, Kali classes for Beginners and Advanced students, Women's Self-Defense Seminars and ongoing Women's Self-Defense training, as well as Summer Camp, sport karate, fitness training, and self-defense training.

Paradise Valley Karate has been serving North Phoenix since 1981. The program was founded by Sensei Mike Wall, who began training in 1972, earned his Shodan (1st degree) in Shuri Ryu in 1978, trained under Master Robert A. Trias in Phoenix, became a staff instructor at the Trias dojo, achieved the rank of Rokudan (6th degree) under Robert A. Trias, and founded the Paradise Valley School of Karate in 1981. He was inducted into the United States Karate Alliance Hall of Fame in 1990, inducted into Oyata’s Shin Shu Ho in 2001, trained under Taika Oyata, and trained under John Hutchcroft in Matsumura Ha Shorin Ryu, attaining his 9th Dan. Mataas na Guro Heather Wall began her martial arts journey at the Paradise Valley School of Karate in 2005, is a full-time staff instructor, leads the school’s Competition Team, has led the team to numerous victories at state, regional, national, and world championships, has been inducted into the USKA Hall of Fame and the USKK Bushido Society, holds the title of Mataas na Guro in Pekiti Tirsia Kali under Tuhon Apolo Ladra, has achieved a 6th Degree in Matsumura Shorin Ryu, and founded Moxie Up in 2012.

The program states that martial arts for ages 4–6 are described as a blend of building gross motor skills and having fun. The Kids Martial Arts program includes life skills like focus, discipline, and respect. Teen Martial Arts is described as a tech alternative that gets teens active and engaged, and Adult Martial Arts is described as a fun alternative to boring workouts. Teen & Adult Kali classes are described as having cognitive and mental upgrades. Women’s Self-Defense options include both seminars and constant training, and the Summer Camp is described as getting kids off screens and giving an unforgettable experience. Memberships are month to month with a 30-day cancellation, a free class offer is available, and families can try 1 week free. Parents are encouraged to watch their children in kids martial arts lessons. Students can generally be promoted to black belt starting at ages 14 or 15, and adults can expect it to take about 4 years of training to get a black belt.
