Reach Basketball offers youth basketball teams, club teams, and training academies that focus on skill development in areas such as dribbling, shooting, and passing. The program includes a Basketball Training Academy and an After School Basketball option that teaches basketball fundamentals and develops teamwork, discipline, and confidence. Programs are offered for boys and girls at every level, from the early development age of 5 to adulthood.

Its mission is to empower young athletes with the skills, mindset, and leadership to succeed both on and off the court through professional coaching and a community-driven environment. The Basketball Training Academy is designed for K–12 athletes who are serious about taking their game to the next level, using focused, individualized training sessions and a mix of small-group instruction and personalized guidance to work on basketball IQ, speed, strength, and agility. Reach Basketball uses the TeamSnap app so members can follow and track team aspects and practices, and it offers a referral program in which existing members who refer a family receive a free month of membership dues if the referred family registers. The program states that it is about developing well-rounded student-athletes in a safe and family-friendly environment and providing a safe and productive environment where athletes of all ages and skill levels can learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship.
