Southwest Human Development offers the Birth to Five Helpline, the Fussy Baby Program, the Newborn Intensive Care Program, and the Nurse-Family Partnership. • Birth to Five Helpline — birth to 5 · Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; text 24 hours a day, seven days a week

• Newborn Intensive Care Program — premature newborns · Provides in-home community health nursing services to assist families of premature newborns.
