My Math Experts offers 1:1 expert online math tutoring in elementary school math, middle school math, Prealgebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Differential Equations, College Algebra, and Physics. The program also supports students preparing for tests such as the GED, PSAT, HSPT, ASVAB, SAT, ACT, GMAT, and GRE, and includes customized learning loss and remedial programs, summer programs, and access to downloadable math worksheets. Students work with the same dedicated tutor in an online lesson space that includes videoconferencing, a shared whiteboard, math-specific tools like graphing tools, calculators, and equation editors, persistent notes, and screensharing.

My Math Experts serves students in Grades 1 through college with tutors who are all certified math teachers or college professors, with specialties ranging from Grades 1 through college. The program provides consistent weekly sessions with the same tutor, always in a 1:1 format, and each plan is fully customized for the student’s unique needs, including a number of 60-minute sessions per month with subject experts and the option to schedule 1–3 weekly sessions on the same days and times. Students can schedule emergency 30-minute same-day sessions as needed throughout each month, and the first 5 minutes of each session can be used to review school performance and grades, while the last 5 minutes can be used to plan practice, confirm future sessions, and prepare for upcoming exams.
After the first 2–3 sessions, each student receives a Personalized Success Plan with a customized report, which can include input from teachers and school administrators and school performance goals when families request this coordination. The Director personally reviews every Personalized Success Plan and its regular updates, oversees all instruction, and meets 1:1 weekly or semi-monthly with each tutor for ongoing support and accountability. The program monitors grades and can include accountability methods for each student, updates the Personalized Success Plan at least once per semester, and offers progress updates and family meetings with the Director or Assistant Director at any time.
Students have a personal user account to manage their calendar, book and adjust sessions, update billing information, review invoices, and update personal information. Session summaries are emailed after each session, and the program uses thorough reporting and progress tracking on an internal communication platform. Each tutor has a dedicated online lesson space with persistent notes, and students can revisit this space at any time to review materials and use it as a study aid.
