Alameda Art Lab offers classes for youths in mosaics, stained glass, fused glass, and other art classes. It also offers Intro to Stained Glass, Stained Glass Lab (advanced), Glass on Glass Mosaic Windows, and Fused Glass Lab on an on-going basis and by appointment. After-school classes and summer camps are also offered.

About the provider
JaYing Wang has been a business owner in Alameda since 2005. She has taught art classes since 2002 and has been a mosaic and glass artist since 1995. Alameda Art Lab was voted Best Art Classes in Alameda by Alameda Magazine in 2024, 2023, 2020, 2019, and 2018. Students come from all over the Bay Area, including Oakland, San Francisco, Berkeley, San Leandro, Hayward, Marin, and the Peninsula. JaYing has taught after-school art classes for the Alameda Education Foundation at most of the elementary schools in town and has created public mosaic murals with schools, as well as commissions for churches, restaurants, and a shopping center.
