Lim's Taekwondo offers Olympic style Taekwondo using traditional Taekwondo methods, with classes that include sparring, forms class, and self defense. Students also take part in a Taekwondo style Bootcamp class that can include practice kicking, push ups, and sit ups. The program includes Black Belt testing and Color Belt Testing, with students preparing by reviewing forms and practicing specific skills.

Lim's Taekwondo was founded by 9th Degree Black Belt Grandmaster Chris Lim, who began practicing Taekwondo at the age of 4 and has 50 years of experience in practicing and teaching the martial art. Grandmaster Lim holds a 9th Degree Kukkiwon Certification and has served as California State Tae Kwon Do Team Chairman of Coaches (2007–2018) and California Unified Tae Kwon Do Association Head Coach (1990–2007). His competitive background includes being a Korean-American Olympic Championship Gold Medalist (1989, 1991, 1993), a 25-time National and State Gold Medalist in Korea (1978–1987), a member of the Korean Army National Team (1982–1985), and a member of the Korean State High School National Team (1978–1981), and he holds a Certified Referee & Teaching Degree (1985).
The leadership team includes Grand Master Chris Lim, Founder and 9th Degree Black Belt; Master John D'Amario, Instructor, 6th Degree Black Belt; Master Min Tran, Instructor, 4th Degree Black Belt; Dr. Joe Kim, Master and Instructor, 4th Degree Black Belt; Carlos Vadillo, Assistant Instructor and Webmaster, 4th Degree Black Belt; Ygnaxio Vergara, Instructor, 3rd Degree Black Belt; Jimmy Hyung, Assistant Instructor, 3rd Degree Black Belt; Steve Fong, Event Organizer; Malcom Lopez-Lang, Photographer; and Junee Vergara, Office Manager. The program emphasizes HONOR, MODESTY, DETERMINATION, DISCIPLINE, and RESPECT. The kids program includes goals of teaching non-violent resolutions to conflict and moral and ethical uses of Taekwondo, the teen program focuses on social skills, self-discipline, and discipline in school and at home, and the adult program includes self defense, weight loss, self discipline, and confidence. High quality digital photos are provided for all students free of charge during testing days, and digital/online payment systems are going to be implemented. The program notes that it has been able to return to a bit of normalcy after the influence of COVID-19 and thanks families for continuing to be a part of its community and family.
