REAP Climate Center Youth Programs are part of a half-mile-long regenerative science and training center that is also described as a playful half-mile-long campus and as part science center, urban farm, makerspace, and community place. Field trips, camps, and after school programs for ages 6 thru 12 are provided via the on-campus partner, the Alameda Young Naturalist Club, and internships are offered for ages 15 thru 20 with a fifty-hour minimum commitment and a preference for on-campus presence, with consideration for remote options. Waivers are required for participation and must be completed electronically, and paper waivers are not accepted.

The mission of REAP Climate Center is to increase access to climate change mitigation by providing ecological experiences and climate job pathways, and it aligns its impact measurement with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. REAP Climate Center is shaping STEM/STEAM programs internally and with partner organizations, and it is 40% of the way to building its half-mile-long campus. It partners with the Alameda Young Naturalist Club for field trips, camps, and after school programs for ages 6 thru 12, and provides a home for other organizations working within the context of its mission, giving them space and supporting their efforts ecologically, socially, and measurably. REAP Climate Center is part of projects including urban forestry, bee husbandry, and the Wild Oyster Project, and it is building partnerships with a growing list of like-minded organizations, businesses, municipalities, and artists.
