Albany Aquatic Center Swim Lessons offers swim lessons along with several related water programs, including Junior Lifeguard, Aqua Camp, Youth Water Polo, Lifeguard Classes, Adult/Masters Water Polo, and SCUBA Diving. The program takes place in a facility that includes both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, and both pools have kickboards and pull buoys available for use. The indoor pool houses all the equipment for water fitness exercise.
