Albany Aquatic Center offers swim lessons, Junior Lifeguard, Aqua Camp, Youth Water Polo, Lifeguard Classes, Adult/Masters Water Polo, and SCUBA Diving. The facility includes an indoor pool and an outdoor pool that are used for these water programs.
• Schedule: Closed 8/9 and 9/7; on 9/20 it is closed in the morning for the Albany Triathlon and open from 1:00–4:00 pm
The Albany Aquatic Center states that its mission is to promote healthy lifestyle and development through knowledge of swimming and water fitness principles, and to provide a safe environment of fun and fitness opportunities for Albany students and the community. It is owned and operated by the Albany Unified School District.
