Fit First

Fit First offers youth fitness training, sports training classes, youth yoga classes, and group fitness that include both traditional and non-traditional sports. The program also offers fitness camps, sports camps, music camps, Music & Wiggles, summer camp, socialization fitness, birthday parties and events, as well as private training. All activities are youth-focused and are set up to get kids moving, learning, and sweating through many different styles of workout programs.

Fit First is a youth-focused fitness and athletic education company created with the goal of helping children develop healthy active lifestyles and healthy sustainable lifestyles for the younger generation. The program values health above all else, followed closely by fun, and aims for children to fall in love with fitness, get away from screens, and get moving. Fit First offers after school programs and summer camps and hosts a variety of youth fitness and sports training classes for all ages and readiness levels. The company was founded by Coach Adam Krell, a NASM certified trainer and certified teacher with years of experience in child development, and was established in 2019 by Fit First, LLC. Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, the program did not hold any classes in indoor locations in 2020. Fit First was voted OC's Best After School Athletics & Youth Yoga Classes by Readers Choice OC.

Parents have shared that their teens put video gaming and social media aside to attend engaging sessions and described the instructor, Adam, as enthusiastic, patient, and an excellent role model. One parent reported that their 11-year-old autistic son worked with Coach Adam and Coach Jessica on heavy work, coordination, social interaction, and an overall exercise program, and described the team as amazing and professional with excellent customer service. Another parent noted that their 12-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter loved a week of fit camp, including the yoga, and spoke highly of the coaches.
