American Canyon ATA Martial Arts offers ATA Tigers for ages 4-6, Karate for Kids for ages 7-12, and the Teen & Adult Program for ages 13 and up. It also offers Leadership Life Training for juniors and teens, Sparring for ages 5-12, and ATA Ranks and Forms, which explains belts, rank, Basic Moves, Sparring, and Forms in Songahm Taekwondo.
