Jiu Jitsu and Dreams

Jiu Jitsu and Dreams offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training that includes kids Jiu Jitsu classes, adults Jiu Jitsu classes, no gi classes, private lessons, and classes and seminars. The program places specific focus on 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu techniques and strategies, including no-gi grappling and unorthodox positions such as the rubber guard and the lockdown. For no gi classes, students are expected to follow specific clothing and hygiene guidelines, including close fitting shirts or rashguards, spats or leggings or shorts without pockets, removal of jewelry and piercings, use of a mouth guard for kids and adults, and keeping nails trimmed.
