School Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, Judo, mixed martial arts, wrestling, and self-defense. The program takes place at the School Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy and includes both striking and non-striking combat sports. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in this program is a non-striking self-defense system designed so that a smaller and weaker person or child can use leverage to defend against a larger and stronger opponent.

• Schedule: Class options Monday through Thursday in the late afternoon and evening, with additional options on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings to early afternoons
