School Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

School Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for children as a non-striking self-defense martial art system. The program is designed so that a smaller and weaker person or child can use leverage to defend against a larger and stronger opponent. Children practicing Jiu-Jitsu in this program are expected to treat each other and their instructors with respect in a positive and respectful environment.

The program is part of School Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which states a mission of “Combat sports training for all ages.” It offers martial arts training for all ages, with kids/pre-teens, teens, and adults membership options, as well as family memberships with family pricing available.
