Steps Academy After School Tutoring Program offers a personalized English curriculum, a personalized Math curriculum, guidance for school homework, and an ELD (English Language Development) program. The program uses a structured curriculum focused on individualized learning in small group settings and offers a comprehensive program in English and Math according to students’ needs. It also offers an alternative tutoring option where students may attend once or twice a week using the same English and/or Math curriculum.

Steps Academy After School Tutoring Program provides K–8 students with personalized English and Math curriculum to catch up or get ahead and guidance for school homework. It welcomes students from area schools to use the personalized curriculum to improve English language skills and math. For students who are English learners, the program includes an ELD option with an emphasis on learning the English language quickly and effectively. The program states that it encourages students to build strong academic foundations by facilitating active learning and well-rounded development and that it strengthens foundations by bridging gaps in learning and teaching responsible and positive work ethics.
