AYSO Region 83 Youth Soccer Programs offers youth soccer for TK and Kindergarten through 11th and 12th grade. The program includes 60-minute Saturday sessions for 6U, one practice a week and one Saturday game for 7U and 8U, two 60-minute practices a week and one Saturday game for 10U, two 60-90 minute practices a week and one Saturday game for 12U, and two 90-minute practices a week and one Saturday game for 14U. For 16U and 19U, games start after Labor Day weekend, practice is typically Monday night from 7pm to 8:30pm, and games may be on Wednesday nights in SLO at Damon Garcia.

- 6U — TK & Kindergarten · 60-minute session on Saturdays only
- 7U — First Grade · One practice a week (no longer than 60 minutes), one game on Saturday
- 8U — Second Grade · One practice a week (no longer than 60 minutes), one game on Saturday
- 10U — Third & Fourth Grade · Two 60-minute practices a week, one game on Saturday
- 12U — Fifth & Sixth Grade · Two 60-90 minute practices a week, one game on Saturday
- 14U — Seventh & Eighth Grade · Two 90-minute practices a week, one game on Saturday
- 16U — Ninth & Tenth Grade · Games start after Labor Day weekend. Practice typically on Monday nights 7pm-8:30pm. Games may be Wednesday nights in SLO at Damon Garcia (details TBD).
- 19U — Eleventh & Twelfth Grade · Games start after Labor Day weekend. Practice typically on Monday nights 7pm-8:30pm. Games may be Wednesday nights in SLO at Damon Garcia (details TBD).
