AYSO Region 83 Youth Soccer Programs offers youth soccer programs that include regular soccer activities for kids. The program also offers UK Soccer Camps as part of its soccer options.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
AYSO has been providing a world-class youth soccer program for more than sixty years. Its stated mission is “Providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives.” The program is built on volunteer support, with community members coaching, refereeing, and supporting their local Regions. AYSO highlights six core philosophies: Everyone Plays®, Balanced Teams, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, Open Registration, and Player Development. AYSO describes having a complete Player Development Pathway that includes options for toddlers, adults, and participants with developmental disabilities. Referees are described as a critical role in AYSO. AYSO partners with BEEUP Snacks as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season, and it has a partnership with Chicago Public Schools to enhance youth sports programming.
