The program lists a Difficulty Rating of 1 – Entry Level Adventure and a Wilderness Rating of 1 – Improved Site Camping. Avid4 Adventure offers a guarantee of an authentic outdoor adventure, well-trained professional staff, increased confidence, and a customer experience that exceeds expectations, with a free next camp if these promises are not met, and notes a focus on teaching kids to take calculated, well-communicated risks rather than avoiding all risk.
Parent testimonials describe this as a favorite camp where a camper learned to ride a bike without training wheels and discovered new favorite activities like Stand Up Paddleboarding, kayaking, and biking. Other parents describe mature, responsible staff who are excited to share their passion, and note that their kids talk about camp more than a month later and look forward to returning.
