Belvedere Tiburon Child Care Center

Belvedere Tiburon Child Care Center offers a Preschool Program, After School Care, a Reed Before/After School Program, Tiburon Adventure Camp Dolphins, and Tiburon Adventure Camp Sharks. The preschool program includes full-day and part-day schedules, and the camp programs offer weekly or daily schedules with half-day and full-day options.

• Tiburon Adventure Camp Dolphins Program — 2-4.5 years old · Weekly or daily schedules; half and full days
• Tiburon Adventure Camp Sharks Program — TK-2nd grade · Summer camp; weekly or daily schedules are available

At a glance

• Ages: 2–8 years old
• General schedule: Preschool program operates at the Reed School site from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Children may arrive as early as 7:30 am as drop-in. After school care is from dismissal time to 6:00 pm, with before-school care from 7:30 am to 8:00 am. Tiburon Adventure Camp offers weekly or daily schedules and half and full days.

About the provider

Belvedere Tiburon Child Care Center has been in operation since the 1970s. Its mission is to provide a supportive, inspiring environment where children can be themselves, have fun, and embrace the joys of learning. The center says its goal is to offer an interactive, developmentally appropriate program that enhances children's natural curiosity and nurtures cognitive and social-emotional development, and that it strives to maintain an inclusive, accessible, quality childcare program.

The preschool program is at the Reed School site. Children do not have to be potty trained to attend preschool. Children are divided into groups according to age, and they can play with children from other age groups during indoor and outdoor free time. Before/after school care is offered at the Reed School site. Children from Bel Aire may also attend by taking the bus from Bel Aire to Reed School.
