Marin Futsal offers Futsal through Marin Futsal League games and Marin Futsal Academy training and games. The Marin Futsal League includes divisions for U-6 to U-16 recreational and competitive players, and the Marin Futsal Academy includes TK (4 years of age Pre-K) and Kindergarten to 4th grade levels. The Marin Futsal Academy includes a new TK Academy division for 4-year-old children and focuses on skill development for youth who are new to soccer and/or the game of Futsal.

• Ages: 4–16 years old
• Schedule: 2026 Marin Futsal Winter League runs on weekends from January 10–11, 2026, through March 7–8, 2026, with no games on President's Day weekend, February 14–15, 2026; Marin Futsal Academy meets every Sunday beginning January 11, 2026, with TK Pre-Kindergarten at 11:00am, Kindergarten at 12:00 noon, 1st Grade at 1:00pm, 2nd Grade at 2:00pm, and 3rd/4th Grade at 3:00pm.

Over the last 30 seasons of Marin Futsal, more than 28,000 local kids have taken part in Futsal. Marin Futsal was started as a winter skill-building session for local soccer teams. There is a message to the Marin community mentioning Special Needs programs (TOPSoccer, Challenger, SoccerKicks), which is dedicated to Special Needs youth in Marin and the greater Bay Area.

Frank Bonardi is the Executive Director of Marin Futsal. He is a member of the U.S. Futsal Federation and was elected to the USFF Board as an Athletic Representative in 1993 while competing as a National player on the U.S. Futsal National Team. He has served as Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President of U.S. Futsal and currently holds the position on the Board as Past President. As a player, he competed as the National Team Goalkeeper in the North American Cup (1983), Futsal Pan American Games (1984), Pacific Cup (1987), and the FIFUSA Futsal World Championship (1985 and 1988). He served as a member of the Coaches Committee of the U.S. Soccer Federation and has been involved with youth and adult soccer in Marin as the Executive Director of Mill Valley Soccer, Board Member and past President of the Marin Soccer League, past President of the California Referee Association – Marin, and President of Corte Madera Soccer League.

Over 30 years later, Frank Bonardi has created a league that focuses on skill development, which supports the outdoor game, good sportsmanship, and fun. Futsal is the official indoor sport of FIFA, and U.S. Futsal is affiliated with the U.S. Soccer Federation.
