Before & After School Care is a YMCA of the East Bay program. The program is part of a larger organization whose mission is to Empower Youth, Advance Health, and Strengthen Communities. It operates within a network that has been bringing families, neighbors, and friends together in a safe and fun environment to learn, play, and grow for more than 100 years.
• Ages: 5–12 years old
Through fitness, youth development, and early childhood education, the YMCA of the East Bay focuses on making a positive impact in communities across the East Bay. The organization partners with school districts across the East Bay to provide dynamic and engaging programming. Its Early Learning Centers provide child care and education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, along with comprehensive services for their families. Serving eligible families with children from birth to 5 years old, these centers prepare children for a lifetime of learning with tools and support they need to thrive. With a local presence and national reach, the YMCA of the East Bay follows its mission to Empower Youth, Advance Health, and Strengthen Communities.
