The Early Care & Education program offers full-day, year-round care for eligible families with children from birth to 5 years old. The Early Learning Centers in this program provide child care and education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, along with comprehensive services for their families. The program partners with school districts across the East Bay to provide dynamic and engaging programming for participating children and families.
