Yama Kids Yoga offers classes that introduce kids to yoga through movement, breathing, and meditation. The program also offers yoga birthday parties, camps, movie nights, special events, Summer Camp, Malcolm X Holiday Camp, and Friday Preschool Yoga. Yama Kids Yoga features a new $10 Friday Preschool Yoga option, along with activities that highlight movement, meditation, kindness, and fun.
